Diverse Cumbria Awards 2026
The ninth Diverse Cumbria Awards. Ten categories. One evening to make the work visible.
For the first time in the programme’s nine-year history, both Cumbrian councils have joined as joint Principal Public Partners. A new Legacy Partner tier launches in 2026, held by Sellafield Ltd. And a brand new category, the Community Impact Award, joins the programme this year.
The work continues. This year, it goes further.
Meet the 2026 Finalists!
From over 145 nominations across Cumbria, our judges have selected the finalists for the 2026 Diverse Cumbria Awards. These are the individuals, businesses and organisations recognised for the impact they’ve made in their communities this year. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 26th September 2026 at Carlisle Racecourse!
