Since 2016, the Diverse Cumbria Awards have recognised the individuals, organisations and businesses across Cumbria who are actively advancing equality, diversity and inclusion.

Nine years. Ten categories. Hundreds of people whose work had gone unnoticed until someone took a moment to put their name forward.

These awards celebrate those who don’t just talk about change. They lead it.
